I was having complications from surgery and I didn’t know what to do or where to turn for help. With simply a phone
call, the nurse from ConnectCare3 quickly got involved, responding the very same day after her regular work hours.
She listened, understood my dilemma and began problem-solving. She discovered the best resources for my situation, expedited an appointment and always stayed in touch. In fact, she regularly called to check on me, and determine if there was anything else she could do. Having her to guide me, support me and inform me of options when I was hopeless was a gift. I am able to enjoy life again.
