ConnectCare3 also provides face-to-face interaction with our Nurse Navigators in addition to phone and email support. The Nurse Navigator will attend physician and hospital appointments at the request of the employee. After each appointment, the employee is provided with a summary of the physician’s comments and recommendations in easy to understand terms. Nurse Navigators provide a sense of calm, control and understanding during a highly stressful and confusing time.
